SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
We provide delivery within Malaysia. Orders will be processed after payment confirmation. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on the delivery location and courier service.
For products that require installation, our team will contact the customer to arrange an installation or delivery appointment. Customers are advised to book the appointment at least 7 days in advance.
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be shown before checkout. NOVO Home (M) Sdn Bhd is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services, public holidays, incomplete addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.
Return & Exchange Policy
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the product if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and proof of purchase included.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect purchase by customer
- Used or installed products
- Damaged items caused by misuse, improper installation, or customer negligence
- Customized or special order items
Refund Policy
Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method or as store credit, subject to company approval.
Deposits, booking fees, and confirmed installation orders are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by our company.
Warranty
All products are covered by warranty according to the product warranty terms. Warranty coverage starts from the installation date or delivery date. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, water damage, physical damage, unauthorized repair, or normal wear and tear.
